Construction Update: Accessible Path at Acadia National Park
BAR HARBOR—On November 9, Acadia National Park will resume construction to complete an accessible pedestrian path between the East and West parking lots on the summit of Cadillac Mountain. To accommodate the work, Cadillac Summit Road will be closed to all users (including bicyclists and pedestrians) from November 9 to 25 and December 1 to 18. Hiking trails on Cadillac Mountain will remain open during construction.
Remember that Park Loop Road will close to motor vehicles for the season on December 1.
