Upcoming Construction (October 19 - 30)

Over the next two weeks, PBOT contractors and crews will have several active work zones along NE/SE 82nd Avenue. One lane in each direction will remain open during construction. Travelers on NE/SE 82nd Avenue should expect delays, especially during morning and evening commutes.

Work Zone Details and Traffic Impacts:

  • NE Milton to Schuyler: Sign installation requiring intermittent lane closures.
  • SE Powell to Reedway: Signal interconnect work requiring daytime lane closures.
  • SE Rhone to Gladstone: Concrete median island and traffic separator construction requiring three middle lanes closed at all hours until concrete has cured.
  • SE Raymond: Electrical work, loop detection installation, and concrete restoration requiring lane closures and flagging.
  • SE Mitchell to Reedway: Similar to Rhone to Gladstone, concrete median island and traffic separator construction.

In addition, contractors will complete punch list items throughout NE/SE 82nd Avenue, requiring intermittent lane closures.
