- Demolition: The demolition of the existing slab on grade on the west part of the site is underway, which may cause some noise and vibrations.
- Grading: The site is being imported with clean fill and graded to meet new elevations.
- Underground Structures: Backfilling of underground stormwater concrete structures and piping is in progress.
- Electrical Work: The project has started electrical work for the new light poles.
- Debris Disposal: Trucking of soil and concrete debris off-site to disposal facilities is taking place.
- Integrated Pest Control: Integrated pest control measures are being implemented sitewide.
What to Expect:
Work hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Expect typical construction-related impacts, including noise, vibrations, material deliveries, and other disruptions.
