Site at 125th Street and 12th Avenue:

Importing clean fill and topsoil to grade the site to meet new elevations

Backfilling underground stormwater concrete structures and piping

Soil compaction and testing

Running conduits and piping for the new light poles

Installing piping for the irrigation system

Integrated pest control sitewide

What to Expect:
Work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Expect noise, vibrations, delivery of materials, and other impacts typically associated with construction projects.
