Site located at 125th Street and 12th Avenue:
- Importing clean fill and topsoil to grade the site to meet new elevations.
- Installing new sidewalk at 125th Street and a 20-foot concrete walkway.
- Planting trees and shrubs in the east planting area.
- Commencing the installation of the new site perimeter fence.
- Soil compaction and testing are ongoing.
- Running conduits and piping for the new light poles.
- Installing piping for the irrigation system.
- Implementing integrated pest control sitewide.
