Crowd Celebrates as CREST Construction Continues
It's important to note that the parking lot across the road from the Judd Hill Farmers Market was packed on a chilly Friday morning, with folks gathering to witness the future of Northeast Arkansas' workforce training. The clouds were heavy as Arkansas welcomed its first strong cold front of the fall. Even with the weather, the community's enthusiasm for the CREST center remained undeterred.
