FBT Gibbons Welcomes Christopher Villa as Partner
FBT Gibbons announced that Christopher Villa has joined its Dallas office as a partner in the real estate practice group, transitioning from The Beck Group where he served as senior counsel for three years.
At Beck, Villa provided support for the company's construction, architecture, and design-build operations, guiding project teams on contracts, risk allocation, project delivery, and disputes. Prior to his in-house role, he spent over eight years in private practice at Waddell Serafino Geary Rechner Jenevein, including leading construction and professional liability matters.
Gabrielle "Elle" Grinnell is assisting with coverage on lateral moves, pro bono work, public service, and diversity initiatives.
