Eurostat Construction Producer Prices for New Residential Buildings: Italy, Spain, and Netherlands Through September 2026
Eurostat has updated its monthly dataset on construction producer prices or costs for new residential buildings, according to Eurostat. The update, released on 31 October 2026, covers index values and period-on-period percentage changes for several euro-area economies through September 2026.
Italy
Italy's index, measured on a 2021 base of 100, stood at 113.8 in August 2026, a rise of 0.4 percent from the prior month. In September 2026, the index edged down to 113.7, a decline of 0.1 percent on the month.
Spain
Spain recorded an index reading of 127.2 in August 2026, up 2.5 percent from July. The index reached 127.3 in September 2026, a monthly gain of 0.1 percent.
