Mid-rise Blandtown project near Beltline called “exceptional addition to the neighborhood”
Novel Blandtown, an upscale multifamily project from Crescent Communities, is set to open in early 2027. Located on 3 acres on Huff Road, the development is transforming a former PDI Kitchen, Bath, and Lighting showroom site.

- 7-story multifamily building with 250 upscale apartments
- 1-story retail structure (future phase)
- Urban plaza with grassy knoll and "dynamic hardscaping"
- Clubhouse and pool-topped parking deck with 322 spaces

To meet Inclusionary Zoning requirements, 10% of apartments will be reserved for tenants earning 60% or less of the area median income.
