Lori Crofford shares the latest on FM 2590/VFW Construction:

In this world, nothing can be said to be certain, except death, taxes, and road construction. It seems that road construction is an inevitable part of our lives. While it may be a nuisance, once the roads are repaired, it's a welcome change.

Starting November 4th, the Texas Department of Transportation (TDOT) will begin overlay operations on FM 2590 (also known as VFW Road or S. Soncy Road) from the intersection with US 60 in Canyon to State Loop 335. This process involves repairing, preparing, and placing a new surface layer over the existing pavement.**
