LINN COUNTY, Iowa — A motorcyclist was hospitalized after a crash early Saturday in a construction zone on Interstate 380 in Linn County.
The crash happened around 3:24 a.m. in the northbound lanes near mile marker 33, north of the Standlea Road overpass.
The Linn County Sheriff’s Office said the rider lost control of the motorcycle after hitting an uneven part of the road in the construction area.
The rider was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.
