South Korea's LH Proposes Up to 9.5% Construction Cost Markup for Public Housing; 59㎡ Cap Rises by ₩19.4 Million

South Korea's LH (Lotte Home) has proposed an increase in the construction cost markup for public housing, ranging up to 9.5%. Additionally, the cap for the 59 square meter (㎡) unit has been adjusted upwards by ₩19.4 million (approximately USD 17,000).
