Pedro Jeronimo Martinez (23) and Melvin Jonatan Acosta Martinez (39), both faces charges for theft of property. Together, they allegedly stole at least $30,000 worth of construction materials in south Bexar County.
Pedro Damian Jeronimo Martinez told police he stole home materials to help pay rent to his landlord.
